Class Teacher – To begin September 2024

Pay Scale – Main Pay Scale (with a minimum of two years experience)

Due to the expansion of our successful and popular school, the Governors and Headteacher, wish to appoint an experienced class teacher. During our most recent Ofsted, our school was graded as ‘Good’. Additionally, the school has been positively recognised by the Local Authority and the Bolton News. Therefore, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and resilient individual to work in partnership with the Headteacher, and wider team, to build on this.

 

As an overview, we seek to appoint an individual who is able to model excellent practice. They will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to demonstrate high quality teaching and learning.

 

The individual will also take a role in developing, implementing and evaluating a subject across school which will help to develop them as a middle leader.

 

We are looking for someone who:

 Will always put the children at the heart of everything;

 Has a passion and enthusiasm for developing our youngest children

 Is a talented classroom practitioner, with strong subject knowledge;

 Has experience of teaching in a range of year groups.

 Is nurturing and forms strong relationships with children and parents;

 Is able to work as part of our team and work collaboratively with external agencies and the wider community;

 Has good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
