Role Overview:

As a Team Manager in Oldham, you will manage a busy team of social workers to deliver effective services within the Duty and Advice team, based in MASH. You will be responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of the members of your team and ensuring that children and young people’s needs are met through quality interventions.
