The Governors of Harrytown Catholic High School wish to appoint for September 2024 a committed practising Catholic to the post of Headteacher to lead and inspire our school community to the next stage of its development.

We require a leader who:

·         is a practising Catholic, who will strive to uphold and develop strong spiritual and moral values throughout the whole school and wider community.

·         is highly collaborative and strategic, with an ability to engage with a range of internal and external partners to further enhance school improvement.

  • has a proven track record of raising standards in teaching and learning, resulting in measurable whole school improvement, within an aspirational, caring and accountable ethos.
  • is aware of the wider educational landscape and the challenges this brings in terms of finance and change.
