Your Role 
 
Stockport Council are recruiting a Student Building Surveyor to work within the Design and Technical Service, which is part of the Estate and Asset Management Team.
 
We have a large visionary programme of capital developments across the borough covering our Education, Leisure, Corporate and Commercial portfolio. 
 
About You
 
This is a unique role, in that it will provide you with the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects at all RIBA stages, combining feasibility work with project, design and cost management. 
 
You will join the team to support our senior building surveyor and project manager as well as engineers, quantity surveyors and architects, and will gain a huge amount of experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment and a vast array of projects. 

You need to have passed year 1 of your degree in Building Surveying, and require a year out in industry.
