We are working hard to create the conditions for practice to flourish and are committed to practice-led improvements. This commitment starts with a dedicated Practice Improvement and Learning Service which is shaping a learning culture and creating opportunities for practitioners and managers across the service to lead on practice improvements.
Our vision is to have practitioners who are confident and brave in their practice but have the security of support from managers and leaders at all levels.
