Our Assistant Director, Paula Swindlehurst would like you to join us at our recruitment evenings.  

If you are passionate about children and making a difference, we would like to meet you. This is an exciting time to join St Helens Children’s Social Care.  

Come along and meet our dedicated management team and staff. There will be an opportunity to chat with our Heads of Service, Managers and Staff about St Helen’s journey and vision. We can share the benefits, support, training and our robust ASYE programme on offer.  You can also meet our Improvement Team – our staff really value their support in assisting us in  “Being Brilliant at The Basics”.

The child’s voice is central to all our work, and we know to achieve this we need well-supported, low-caseload and essentially happy staff! 

With a variety of vacancies across the service, it’s a great opportunity to meet the team, hear some detail about the improvement journey we are on, and an opportunity to engage with our HR colleagues who will be there on the night.
