Hours - 15hrs  per week 

Salary - NJC Grade C SCP SCP 5-6 £23,500 - £23,893 per annum pro rata for part time hours

Active Blackpool is looking for team members with a passion for high standard work be that cleaning, setting up equipment or life guarding swimming pools.

We are looking for friendly, polite and helpful individuals to deliver fantastic levels of customer service in and around the facility. Active Blackpool seeks to fill every position within our team with the best people available, offering a warm friendly atmosphere for customers and a great team environment.

You will be responsible for the provision of excellent customer services and the day to day operation of the Centre, including cleaning and maintenance, preparation of areas and equipment for sessions as appropriate, maintaining a safe pool environment through excellent lifeguarding practices and attendance at regular pool training. You should possess a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) together with a First Aid qualification Alternatively you should be capable of obtaining the NPLQ within 1 month.
