Lead Practitioner for Teaching and Learning (EYFS and Primary)

Contract - Temporary until 31st August 2025 

Hours - Full Time 

Salary - £49,819- £53,642 per annum

Highfurlong School is a four times Outstanding special school academy in Blackpool, providing education for pupils aged 2-19 years with a wide range of special educational needs. Our state of the art facilities provide education to nursery, primary, secondary and post 16 children and young people. With approximately 110 pupils on roll our ‘child first’ ethos underpins everything that we do. Through all areas of our work we strive to inspire our pupils, challenge them to be the best that they can be and believe in them. Highfurlong School is also part of Synergy Education Trust- a mixed phase multi academy trust based in Blackpool.

• lead in staff development, delivery and evaluation of strategies to support the attainment and progress of pupils.
