Job Title: Project & Improvement Officer - Commissioning

Hours: 37 per week
Grade: G SCP 23 £32,076 to SCP 27 £34,834
Contract: 1 x Permanent and 1 x 12 Month Fixed Term

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Officer, who has experience of collaboratively working with a range of key partners, to use their skills to set the direction of projects which will improve our offer to, and care of, some of the most vulnerable people within our Borough.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and energetic person with good interpersonal skills who can quickly forge strong productive relationships within a multi-disciplinary environment.
You will have a track record of successfully delivering multiple projects within the health, social care, or VCSE sectors including experience of effectively identifying, tracking and managing project risk/interdependencies. You will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions. You will also have exceptional IT skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
You will have a positive attitude to change, and a desire to develop and drive service improvements. Although you will be working as part of a team you will also have the confidence and ability to effectively frame and manage your own workload.
