Are you…?

·       Knowledgeable with a clear understanding of how to teach to ensure learning is accessible for children with additional needs?

·       Driven and motivated, with energy that translates into ambition and high expectations for all?

Our wonderful children tell us that they want a teacher who:

·       Smiles at them, is kind and will make time to listen.

·       Gives them encouragement and makes learning fun every day.

‘The school is inclusive, and all pupils greatly benefit from the enhanced autistic spectrum condition (ASC) provision …works effectively to support inclusion of ASC children and children with communication difficulties into mainstream classroom... Pupils understand the importance of inclusion. Staff are sensitive in their understanding that social communication difficulties and autism are lifelong conditions and pupils will face different challenges during their time at school. The school staff work together to help pupils to address these challenges, while at the same time developing their academic skills. These pupils, and others who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, are fully involved in the life of the school.’ (Ofsted)

We can offer you:

·       A friendly and nurturing school environment with enthusiastic children who love learning.

·       Excellent professional development opportunities.

·       A leadership team committed to making a real difference for all pupils.

·       The support of inspirational and experienced colleagues who work as a dedicated team.

·       A supportive governing body, who work closely with the school to enable all members of our community to fulfil their potential.
