Midday Assistant

Hours of Post: 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

(1 hour per day)

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only

Salary Grade: NJC Scale 1

(salary will be pro rata to part time, term time hours)

Start Date of Post: As soon as possible

This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our amazing school team!

We are looking to appoint a calm and caring Midday Assistant at lunchtime to be responsible for:

 - Supporting children in the Hall and outside and be able to deal with any problems which may arise using a restorative approach for all of our children.

 - Supervising / playing games with our fantastic children in the playground or classroom in wet weather.

 -  Assisting generally with any issues arising over lunchtime i.e. basic first aid in accident cases, sickness etc.

 - Working well as part of a dream team, demonstrating a flexible approach.
