Ince CE Primary and Nursery School are looking for their next inspirational Head of School to lead the school on the next stage of its journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead a vibrant school with a big heart.  You will be strategically supported and coached by an experienced Executive Headteacher.

The successful candidate will drive our clear, focused vision  to take the school forward, and the practical skills to turn that vision into a reality.  You will have the ability to build positive and successful relationships with children, staff and families based on Christian values.  You will also work closely with parents and carers to encourage their children to ‘shine’ during their time at school and beyond.

It is important that our Head of School is ‘hands-on’, modelling and developing best practice, coaching and motivating a talented and committed team of staff.

You will be strong on the analysis of data and have an excellent grasp of classroom practice, ready and willing to lead by example.
