Temporary until August 2025 – Maternity Cover (unless postholder returns from maternity leave early)

Douglas Valley Nursery School is an outstanding school which offers high quality education and care services for children aged 2 to 5 years.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to excellence to join our “outstanding” school.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of working in Early Years
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Be an excellent teacher who is organised and efficient
• Have high expectations for teaching and learning
• Be committed to supporting children to achieve high standards and reach their full potential
• Be able to work collaboratively within a dedicated and motivated team
• Have experience of leading and managing a staff team
